Covid-19 Update

First and foremost, we hope you and your family are well during this rapidly changing environment we are dealing with right now.

The staff at Mackinac State Historic Parks continue to work remotely during this time but are working hard to make sure the 2020 season is what you expect when sites are able to safely open.

The G. Mennen Williams Mackinac Celebration has been rescheduled for September 12, 2020 and you can see the full announcement here . We are in the process of reviewing other Mackinac Associates events and will be making an announcement soon.

Membership renewals and donations are still being processed but there will be a delay in getting donation acknowledgements or membership cards as Mackinac Associates mail is not going out on a regular basis with staff working remotely. The easiest way to get a quick confirmation is to renew or donate online through our website.

Mackinac State Historic Parks has delayed the opening of its sites for the 2020 season and are hoping for a mid-June date. The sites will open as soon as safely possible and specific dates will be announced as soon as they are known.

We know these are uncertain times and there are questions we don’t have clear answers to.
